Why Use ONT Wall Mount Bracket?
Bativ ONT Holding solution was created with space in mind as it removes the need to mount separate slack storage boxes and terminals inside the subscriber’s home. This improves the customer experience by reducing the clutter on their walls, as well as reducing the cost of installation. You can easily install on Single Gang (1-Gang) Low Voltage Mounting or directly on the wall.
The ONT Wall Mount Bracket can accommodate up to 10 m of Miniflex cable slack, reducing the need for accurate surveying and reducing the number of cable length SKU inventory.
It also provides functionality for SC footprint adapters and Heat Shrink Fusion Splice Protectors, allowing operators to connect the ONT in multiple scenarios with a variety of approaches.
An additional safety feature of the Back Slack Plate is a dedicated connector retention bracket, which prevents the SC connector from being unmated from the ONT by the subscriber. The ONT Back Slack Plate mounts behind the Nokia* ONT, fitting perfectly within the footprint of the terminal.

FAQs
What is ONT Wall Mount Brackets ?
An ONT (Optical Network Terminal) Wall Mount Bracket is a specialized holder designed to secure an ONT device directly to a subscriber’s wall (p. 1). These brackets are engineered to be “space-conscious” by integrating slack storage (up to 4m of fiber cable) directly into the unit (pp. 1, 3). This eliminates the need for separate, bulky storage boxes and additional terminals inside the home (p. 3).
Why should you use ONT Wall Mount Brackets?
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) benefit in several key areas:
- Cost Reduction: By removing the need for extra hardware like separate terminals and slack boxes, the overall cost of installation materials is reduced (p. 1).
- Improved Customer Experience: Brackets reduce wall “clutter,” leading to a cleaner, more professional-looking installation for the subscriber (p. 1).
- Speed of Deployment: These units mount to the wall in seconds without requiring specialist tools, allowing technicians to complete more installs per day (p. 3).
- Durability & Safety: Made from flame-resistant PC-ABS material, they provide a tough, secure, and safe environment for the ONT (pp. 3-4).
What are suitability of your ONT Back Slack Plate?
We offer specific brackets for a variety of industry-leading models, including:
